DivergeiX Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. ("DivergeiX", "we", "us") is an India-based IT services and AI products company with offices in Bhubaneswar (registered office) and New Delhi. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website (divergeix.com), our products, and our client engagements.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact details you submit through our forms — name, email address, phone number, company, role.
- Inquiry context — the service area you're interested in, budget range, and the message you write.
- Website analytics — anonymized device, browser, location at country level, and pages visited.
- Client engagement data — any business or operational information shared with us under an NDA or DPA during an active engagement.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry within 24–48 business hours.
- Scope, deliver, and operate the services you've engaged us for.
- Send service-related communications (project updates, support responses, contract documents).
- Improve our website and service offerings — only using aggregated, non-identifying data.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. Marketing emails are sent only if you've explicitly opted in.
4. Sharing & sub-processors
We may share information with carefully selected sub-processors that help us operate — cloud hosting providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), form-submission services (Web3Forms), and customer-support tools. Every sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement (DPA) that meets GDPR and India's DPDP Act requirements.
We share information with law enforcement only when legally compelled by valid process.

6. Data retention
We retain contact and inquiry data for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Active client-engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the contractually required audit period (typically 3–7 years for regulated work).

DivergeiX maintains ISO 27001-aligned controls across our infrastructure and client engagements. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to client data is role-based and audited.

We update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page with the revision date. The current version always applies from the date shown above.
