About DivergeiX
What does DivergeiX actually do?
We design, build, and operate enterprise IT and AI systems for mid-market and large companies. Our work spans AI services, cloud and platform engineering, product engineering and modernization, intelligent automation (RPA/IPA), BI and data engineering, and managed infrastructure.
Where are you based?
Our registered office is in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and we have an office in New Delhi. The team works across India and serves clients globally.
How long have you been around?
DivergeiX was established in 2025 by a team of practitioners with deep enterprise IT experience. Most of our engineers bring 12+ years of production systems work.
Working with us
How does an engagement typically start?
Every engagement begins with a 30-minute conversation to understand your situation. From there, we move into a paid discovery phase (usually 1–2 weeks) that produces a written assessment, target architecture, and a fixed-price proposal you can take to the board.
What engagement models do you support?
Fixed-price, time-and-material, and hybrid. The right model depends on how well-defined the scope is and your procurement preferences. We help you pick the right one during scoping.
Who actually does the work?
The same architects and engineers who scope your project deliver it. We don't operate a separate sales team that hands off to a different delivery team. Everyone you talk to during scoping is in the working sessions later.
Do you replace our internal IT team?
No — we extend it. Most clients keep their own team focused on strategy and use us for execution capacity, specialized work, or 24×7 production support.
Pricing & contracts
How do you price?
Either fixed-price (for well-defined scopes) or time-and-material (for evolving scopes). Both have transparent rate cards and milestone billing. We never bill against estimates that have already been exceeded — variances are discussed before they happen.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Yes — both are standard before any client data is shared. We use a balanced, mutually-signable template, but happy to use yours.
What's the minimum engagement size?
A 1-week paid discovery is the smallest. Beyond that, engagements typically start at 4–6 week MVPs for product work, or 1-month managed-services pilots.
Support & operations
Do you offer 24×7 support?
Yes, for managed-services clients. Critical-incident response is within 3 minutes for P1 tickets, 30 minutes for P2. Sales-inquiry response time (this site) is 24–48 business hours.
What if a project we already started is going wrong?
We do project rescues — start with an honest 1-week audit, then either propose a stabilization path or recommend you stop and re-plan. We've taken over several in-flight engagements where a previous vendor couldn't land it.
Where do client-support requests go?
Active clients have a named on-call engineer and a private channel (Slack / Teams / email — your preference). New inquiries from the website come to our shared inquiry queue and are triaged within 24–48 business hours.
