The Selection Process
A four-step approach.
Screen
A 30-minute conversation with a senior engineer focused on your technical background, engineering interests, and the kind of systems you want to build next.
Take-Home Assignment
A paid, production-focused assignment requiring roughly four hours of work. The task reflects real operational problems, not academic exercises.
Architecture Interview
A deep technical discussion on system design, engineering tradeoffs, and enterprise architecture with two senior engineers from our team.
Final Review
Culture alignment, reference checks, and final offer discussion. If there's a strong fit, we typically move from initial conversation to offer within two weeks.
